The Job    

• Execute online promotion campaign to Identify customer’s sales need and handle their enquiries promptly, accurately and professionally
• Handle now TV sales online and over the phone and close order to meet pre-set sales targets
• Resolve customer inquiries through interactive online platforms e.g Live Chat, instant messenger & Social Media
• Engage customers effectively and perform consultative selling on now TV products & services
• Provide customer feedback to superior and make recommendation to improve customer satisfaction

The Person

• F.5 / DSE with 2 years of sales experience or Bachelor degree.  Less experienced candidate will be considered as Sales Representative
• Confident, self-motivated, result-oriented
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Customer service & sales oriented and able to work multi-tasking at fast pace
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft applications, such as Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
