Requirement 

• Higher Diploma or Degree Holder

• 1 year or above relevant experience in customer services

• Experience in handling luxury brand will be advantage

• Maintain good relationship with customers

• Work with internal departments to seek possible solutions for customers

• Provide after-sales services to customers

• Provide administrative support to the team

• Good communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Fresh graduate or less working experience will be also considered
