Report To: Customer Order Management (COM) Manager, Region Asia Pacific


Job Description:

• To assist Customer Order Management (COM) Manager in Region Asia Pacific (RAP) to deliver an excellent and quality customer and documentary services continuously within RAP by supervising a team of supporting staffs with a view to achieving the Company’s profit objectives.
• To fulfill RAP ISO, Business Partner Service Level Agreements (SLAs) target which is subject to quarterly review or when required.
• Validate Manifest correction requirement in the Documentation System, performs the change requirement for Shipper, Consignee, notify party and other sourced date related to Bill of Lading or Manifest in Documentation system.
• Assign/ maintain the master data in the Documentation system.  Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting or reentering data.
• Understanding various data input requirement, procedures and timelines.
• Expend internal knowledge of international processes and requirements.
• Always ensure to protect company interest.

Qualification:

• 1 year working experience in shipping or logistics industry or similar experience in process management
• Preferable DSE or Diploma holder
• Good communication, interpersonal skills and written in English, fluent oral Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent knowledge on MS Office applications
• Result oriented and decisive
• Ability to quickly respond to changing market and working environment
