Job Description

Job Purpose

Responsible for assisting and developing a professional team accountable for providing the highest level of customer service to all customers and ensure the SLA with corporate clients being delivered.  This role is a key component in At driving excellence, in line with customer satisfaction and service delivery. 

Position Responsibilities

  • Resources planning and allocation through roster management to ensure proper manpower arrangement
  • Ensure customer enquiries, requests and complaints are handled effectively and efficiently
  • Supervise and manage Customer Service Centre team to ensure the team to operate effectively and efficiently so as to achieve KPIs and department objectives
  • Motivate, coach and develop staff to ensure team performance and service quality meets the Company standard
  • Prepare reports with accuracy and within time frame
  • Participate vendor management including performance review, service implementation and sharing inputs on contract drafting
  • Coordinate with other departments for new business development and support Sales team the ongoing business
  • Assist to project owner to ensure the project delivery
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by management

Education & Experience

  • Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years’ working experience with service-oriented corporations, experience on vendor management would be an advantage
  • Strong coaching and team leadership skills
  • Strong data analytics and reporting presentation skills
  • Strong ability to embrace change and lead others through change
  • Able to work under matrix structure organization and fast-pace working environment
  • Able to work under pressure or with limited supervision
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation and articulation skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
