Job Description:

l   Assist in daily operations for sales team

l   Orders follow-up, coordination and after sales service

l   Prepare sales reports, quotation, sales order and invoice handling

l   Closely communicate with customers and be responsible for logistics and payment arrangement

l   Export shipment arrangement

l   Provide clerical and administration support to project team

l   Assist in implementation of marketing strategies and sales campaign

l   Handle customer enquiries for responsible brands

l   Provide sales ordering and administrative support

l   Assist sales team and other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Job Requirements:

l   Diploma or above with 3-5 years’ / sales admin. , sales & marketing experience is highly preferred

l   Able to complete task within deadline

l   A good team player with solid interpersonal skills to deal with internal / external partners

l   Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin

l   Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)

l   Strong sense of responsibility and a proven ability to work independently and under pressure

l   Good telephone manner

l   Mature, systematic, well-organized and detailed oriented

l   Result-oriented and self-motivated to drive for success in challenging environment
