Job Description

• Follow up daily wine orders from customers and help to solve unexpected problems during wine delivery process (bad payment, collection rate, etc.).
• Register regular customer orders and capturing of these orders in SAP and contact with Warehouse, Sales about orders and deliveries.
• Monitoring customer orders in relation to forecast and follow up on order status, solve with urgency if there is any deviations.
• Follow up and register daily wine orders in SAP and delivery process with logistics and warehouse.
• Prepare import shipment plan for financial cash flow planning and sales & marketing department for approval
• Regularly physical count the inventory on the basis of purchase order and SAP.
• Follow up the whole shipment process include placing order to winery; prepare PO; good receipts in warehouse.
• Coordinate with forwarders to choose the best quotation for shipping, and liaising with all the shipment process.

Requirements

• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Degree holder or above is preferred
• At least 1-2 year working experience in the relevant fields.
• Solid working knowledge of MS office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• With an outgoing and detail minded personality, good team player.
• Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in written and spoken in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Familiar wine knowledge is preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP system is preferred
