Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain clear and actionable strategic plans to achieve sales goals
• Formulate and implement creative tactics in channel distribution, business development and customer retention
• Maintain strong and sustainable relationships with top decision-makers of major accounts
• Stay abreast of new trends, market insights and growth opportunities
• Clearly identify and target opportunities with new strategic customers as well existing accounts
• Collaborate with marketing team on lead-generation programs

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above with minimum 5 years' relevant experience, preferably in consumer goods industry
• A strategic thinker with demonstrated experience in business development and account management
• Self-motivated, result-driven and able to communicate effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Account Executive
