The Business Development Manager is to develop and implement competitive solutions for Logistics opportunities in Hong Kong & South China and assist in the development of business process.

Your tasks: 

• Identify and develop business opportunities
• Design logistics solutions in a cost effective manner
• Identify best known methods and develop solution kit for developing new business
• Identify supply chain partners to execute logistics solutions to provide satisfactory services to customers
• Consistently monitor our service standards and work with our operations teams to drive suppliers and operations teams across all areas of responsibility, i.e. lead times, complaints, escalations
• Perform any special / ad hoc duties / projects as assigned by the management

Your qualifications, experience & skills:

• Degree holder in Logistics Management / Transportation / Business Management or related discipline
• Min. 5 years relevant experience, preferably in 3rd party logistics 
• Strong interpersonal skills and networking capabilities
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office, including WORD, EXCEL and Power Point
• Possess core competencies, including business acumen, relationship building, analytical ability, project management and customer focus
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
• Work Location: Tsing Yi
