Job Description
Build and develop new accounts through various channels including key accounts, E-commerce, department stores and large retailers.
Key duties:
- Develop and maintain a customer mapping and sales plan
- Identify ways to grow business with existing customers
- Bring on board new customer accounts globally
- Work closely with the merchandising and create a good feedback loop on what is working and not working
- Work with marketing to plan and execute campaigns
- Work with partners to help maximize their sales
- Contribute to the development of the e strategy
Requirements:
- Experience in driving new business
- Global sales experience is an advantage
- Skilled at listening to customer feedback and reporting this back to merchandising and product development/creative
- Hunger to grow sales whilst achieving the target margins
- Experience in consumer products trading industry
- Displays energy and drive and is self motivated
- Open to and initiates changes to improve the business
- Results driven
- Fluency in English
