Job Description

Build and develop new accounts through various channels including key accounts, E-commerce, department stores and large retailers.


Key duties:

  • Develop and maintain a customer mapping and sales plan 
  • Identify ways to grow business with existing customers
  • Bring on board new customer accounts globally 
  • Work closely with the merchandising and create a good feedback loop on what is working and not working
  • Work with marketing to plan and execute campaigns
  • Work with partners to help maximize their sales
  • Contribute to the development of the e strategy


Requirements:

  • Experience in driving new business 
  • Global sales experience is an advantage
  • Skilled at listening to customer feedback and reporting this back to merchandising and product development/creative
  • Hunger to grow sales whilst achieving the target margins
  • Experience in consumer products trading industry 
  • Displays energy and drive and is self motivated 
  • Open to and initiates changes to improve the business
  • Results driven
  • Fluency in English
