Job Description:

Assist overall projects and is responsible for the effective and successful follow up of design, development. Execute and control the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management.

Responsibilities may assist the budget of the department in collaboration with the manager.
Requires a diploma in area of specialty and 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Perform a variety of tasks. A wide degree of organization is expected.

Responsibilities:

• Assist manager to follow projects;
• Communicate job expectations with the team;
• Organize and implement actions and procedures
• Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget;
• travel to China occasionally;
