我司為建順的關聯公司,目前業務主要為中港台以及國際物流配送提供解決方案。

 

工作職責:

  • 分析本公司及台灣子公司的業務營運模式,包括但不限於其中的角色、架構、流程制度及系統等,並按上述分析結果對系統和營運方式提出改善建議,制定相應的內控要求
  • 負責開展項目研究工作,包括但不限於制定行動計劃、執行工作和成效回顧
  • 負責對本公司及台灣子公司的業務流程進行審查、分析和撰寫報告,並向管理層匯報結果
  • 負責與相關工作的跨部門進行溝通,以確保項目推行的效率和有效性
  • 負責與內地業務伙伴進行協調,加強台灣子公司項目的執行結果
  • 經常與內地業務伙伴及台灣子公司相關責任單位進行聯絡
  • 協助開展日常行政管理工作,並完成上級交辦的其他工作

 

職位要求:

  • 持學士學位或以上學歷,持工商管理、物流及供應鏈或資訊科技學位較佳
  • 1-2年工作經驗,具項目跟進和協調經驗者優先
  • 具良好領導、協作和溝通能力
  • 性格獨立、積極主動、勤奮、思維敏銳,能於高壓力下工作
  • 每週五天工作
  • 需要慣常出差,國內出差為每週二天、台灣出差為季度
  • 良好中、英文溝通技巧,普通話較佳者優先考慮
  • 熟識電腦應用(MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)和中英文打字

Responsibilities:

  • To analyze the operating models of the Company and its subsidiary company business, including but not limited to the roles, skills, structures, processes assets and technologies engaged therein.Based on the aforesaid finding to review and analyze business processes, and develop internal control requirements accordingly
  • Administer the tasks of project including research, action plan, implementation and result review
  • Prepare business analysis, reports and presentation for senior management
  • Liaise and coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure projects’ efficiency and effectiveness
  • To coordinate with Mainland business partners to strengthen the implementation results the following projects
  • To coordinate with our Mainland’s business partner and subsidiaries locate in Taiwan for delivery of the new projects.
  • Assist in daily administrative work and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in any disciplines, preferably in Business Administration, Logistics and Supply Chain or technology
  • 1-2 years working experience; experience in project works or event coordination is preferred
  • Good leadership, collaboration and communication skills.
  • Independent, responsible, motivated, diligent, detailed minded, and able to work under pressure and multi tasks
  • 5-days workweek
  • Across the border in Mainland China and Taiwan is required, Mainland is 2 days a week, and Taiwan is for once a quarter
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, proficient in Mandarin is preferred
  • Well versed in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fresh graduate is welcome
