Position : Logistics Supervisor / Shipping Supervisor - Import & Export (Food)

Salary : 20-25k/Negotiable (Deps on experience)

Working days : Monday To Friday 

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above, Major in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management is an advantage
• At least 3-5 yrs full set of shipping experience in Forwarding/Logistics/Trading Company
• Gained shipping experience in Food Industry is highly preferable
• Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin (Chinese)
• Proficient in PC skills in Ms Word, Excel, & Chinese Word Processing
• Strong analytical, structural planning and problem solving skills
• Good planning and organizing skills
• Stable, Pleasant, Energetic, Presentable
• Immediate Available is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for shipping management and manage daily food and non-food import & export operations
• Handle import & export formality
• To perform data review and system checking to ensure all related information is complete and correct for shipment and documentation for the whole team
• To provide import/export solutions/instructions to markets and business partners 
• To manage daily import and export operation
• Coordinate with forwarders and monitor all inbound/outbound shipments
• Prepare and handle shipping documents, including full set of I/E shipping documents and Tradelink declaration independently
• D/O handling (including shipment follow up)
• Apply import permit and import licence
• To prepare regular reports on current and pending import/export
• To prepare traceability report and other regular reports
• Arrange daily sample inventory control and delivery
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior and their designate from time to time
