Responsibilities:

l   Handle export freights documents, operation and declarations

l   Follow up quotation and inquiries with agents and clients

l   Air freight shipments follow-up and prepare related documents

l   Coordinate with co-loader and airlines

l   Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing

Requirements:

l   F.5 or DSE level

l   0-2 years experience in freight forwarding industry will be an advantage

l   Proficiency in PC skills

l   Fair English and Mandarin

l   Ability to be adaptable, self-motivated and detail-minded

l   Night shift is required
