Responsibilities:

• Handle I/E documents,custom declaration, cargo insurance, and clerical duties
• Work with Internal Sales to coordinate shipment related issues
• Responsible for data-input, ordering process and sales related functions
• Provide logistic support in the day-to-day operation
• PHYSICAL WORK IN WAREHOUSE IS A MUST
• Liaise with trade department / Customs for shipment related issues
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• F.5 / DSE or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of shipping documents is a must
• Good command in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good skills in MS Word & Excel and Chinese typing
• Good communication skill and able to work with different parties effectively
• Hardworking, willing to work overtime
• Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and with positive attitude.
• Immediately available is preferred
