Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries and document filing
• Handle intercompany accounting transactions
• Assist in preparing financial statements, schedules and analysis for senior management review
• Liaise with auditors for annual statutory audit and tax filing
• Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned

Requirements:

• High Diploma in Accountancy or above or related disciplines
• Over 1 year working experience in accounting field, less experience will be considered as account clerk application
• Detail-minded, independent, self-initiative, well-organized and a good team player
• Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
