Responsibilities:

• As a key member of a global treasury operations team to assist in arranging fund raising to finance acquisitions and/or business operation and/or expansion by means of from bank debt to equity finance solutions;
• Oversee day-to-day treasury aspects of cash management in anticipation of company’s cash needs;
• Develop and manage bank relationships including ongoing compliance obligations required;
• Adhere to corporate governance / internal control compliance;
• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required.

 Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting/Finance required;
• 6 - 8 years of relevant work experience;
• Strong relationship with banks with experience in Chinese banking corporation required;
• Familiar with bank loan application, cash management, corporate finance and financial analysis;
• Understanding of treasury markets, products and operations is a definite asset;
• Strong technical knowledge of investment products;
• Capability of working independently and under pressure;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese);
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Chinese typing;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Treasury Manager.
