This individual must be organised, self-motivated, eager to learn, flexible and willing to take on a variety a variety of responsibilities. You will be responsible for accurate and timely completion of routine accounting processes and associated reporting. This position requires significant amounts of hands-on financial accounting work.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise accounting team
• Developing financial strategy, including risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting
• Manage US & EU accounting companies
• High-level financial reporting and analysis
• E-commerce experience
• Create, oversees and reviews internal control processes
• Regular budget consolidation
• Cash flow management
• Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
• Stakeholder management
• Preparing company tax
• Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
• Developing financial reviews and providing investment advice
• Payroll processing
• Working closely with management or executive teams to share reports and analysis finding
• Well-developed leadership skills
• Mentoring

• Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration or Finance, major in accounting
• Qualified with ACCA/ CIMA / HKICPA/ CPA or equivalent
• Experience in management accounting with focus on cost control, management reporting and financial analysis Proficiency in financial modelling and database management.
• Knowledge of XERO and or Netsuite preferred
• Able to deliver performance analysis independently and provide recommendations for improvement
• Possess a strong business sense, highly adaptable with excellent communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Be open minded and adaptable to new technology
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
