Job Responsibilities:

• Full set of accounts handling
• Prepare , monitor and analyze accounting data and produce monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports and breakdown
• Prepare ledger entries and accounting duties
• Maintain balance sheet and various supporting schedules
• Preparation of management & analysis reports as well as ad-hoc reports
• Assist in annual planning and budgeting
• Liaises with auditor for statutory audit and tax filing
• Ensure the compliance of financial policies, procedures
• Handle ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, commodity trading industry is preferable
• Familiar with accounting and finance operations  and  processes
• Reconcile intercompany accounts. Responsible in resolving all intercompany balance issues.
• Knowledge of banking facilities, e.g. LC and TR
• Fluent in written & spoken English & Chinese，Mandarin is an added advantage;
• Proficient in MS office, experience with SAP would be an advantage
• Knowledge of “JIO” reports (國資委 Reporting software) is an advantage
• Independent and self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Immediate available is highly preferred
  
  Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accountant.
