Job responsibilities: 

• Assist in our Hong Kong, China and international audit, tax, accounting, compliance and advisory work;
• Perform financial data analysis, working capital forecast, pre-IPO readiness for IPO exercise;
• Assist in the area of transfer pricing documentation and bench-marking exercise for cross-border related party transactions;
• Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

• University degree with major on Accounting, Finance of a related discipline and / or finalists of local or other recognized professional accounting bodies
• 1-year solid experience in audit/ accounting/ tax work is preferred but not essential
• Knowledge and experience in PRC accounting and taxation an advantage
• Computer literate – MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint as well as Chinese word processing
• Good numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
• Well-organized, willing to learn and a good team player
• Travel to PRC and countries in Asia Pacific should be expected
• Candidates with higher experience and qualifications will be considered a senior position with our firm.
