Our Client is a Listed Financial institute Company, Now they are looking for an experience Assistant FP&A Manager

Key Responsibilities: 

• Analyze, and interpret accounting information to perform detailed financial analysis and business modeling and present results to management.
• Prepare monthly budget variance reports and financial reporting.
• Partner with various divisions to analyze and improve margins.
• Work closely with business leaders and cross functional team to analyze and review financial and operational performance, coordinate and tackle challenges with business units.
• Review and make recommendation on cost saving and margin improvement.
• Generate strategic business & financial forecast and proposal to senior management.
• Assist in reviewing the investment proposals and prepare case summary for new site or new market entry.
• Support annual budgets, quarterly forecast process with necessary supporting documentation and justification.
• Support in power point slides preparation for management and investor review.

Requirements:  

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline. CPA, ACCA or CIMA qualification will be a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of multinational company experience in financial modelling, investment and business performance analysis
• Ability to work and interface well with various organizations and personnel at all levels
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, V-Look Up) and PowerPoint Presentation
• Strong communicator with experienced analytical skills and commercial mindset
• Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese
