Responsibilities and duties:

• Reporting to the Managing Director and the US, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing the group's financial management, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning, cashflow projection, strategic business planning.
• Liaise with Auditors, Bankers, Lawyers, Professional & relevant parties
• Improve & implement the investment management policies & procedures.
• Lead a team of finance & accounting staff.
• Provide strategic business development, planning and analytical support
• Know how to cut costs , prepare financials timely , and manage cashflow and prepare budgets
• Other tasks assigned by senior management.

 Requirements: 

• CPA, HKICPA or any competent professional qualifications.  
• Must have experience working in a US company and must be knowledgeable to handle all sets of books.
• Experienced dealing with factories in China and overseas.
• More than 15 years working experience in financial management with over 5 years in management position.
• Self-driven, excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English/Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Presentable, excellent analytical mind, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Industry experience in toys or consumer products is highly desirable.
