Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of employee operations including payroll and training. 
• Review and optimize HR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy and compliance
• Drive various engagement and HR best practice activities with result oriented and positive attitude towards work and the ability to drive employee engagement
• Perform any other projects or responsibilities as required
• Maintain and develop IPL system to ensure all changes are records in the system
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements 

• Degree & Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 1 year relevant experience in HR generalist 
• Familiar with full spectrum of HR areas including Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislations
• Good organizational, analytical skills and logical thinking with strong sense of accountability and flexibility
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong client servicing mindset with a "Can-Do" attitude
• Proactive, efficient, Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience IPL and ERP system but not essential
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
