Responsibilities:

• Work with business leaders to identify and contribute the development, implementation and evaluation of training plans and programs
• Fully implementing the in-house training functions
• Responsible for formulating and designing training program on various soft skill and leadership management skill
• To manage the Graduate Trainee Program
• To enhance the team performance for improvement on work practices, processes and support the systems

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines
• 7+ year solid working experience of training and development in sizable company or corporation or retail industry
  
• Have experience in coaching and leading
• Strong in planning, strategic and presentation skill
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
