Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR consultancy on a wide range of compensation and benefits issues; make recommendations to the management for enhancing the Group’s rewards and benefits structures for formulating total rewards strategy.
  • Assist in the annual salary and bonus reviews; collect market intelligence, analyze and interpret market salary surveys, compile analyses, summarize key findings and highlight implications to the management.
  • Review and update the HR policies and procedures to ensure alignment with the latest HR market practice.
  • Support the review of performance management processes by providing research and thoughtful analysis for the effective implementation of performance-based reward strategies.
  • Conduct analysis of various incentive/profit sharing schemes, staff allowance, employee medical insurance, retirement programmes, etc., as well as assess the quality of service providers.
  • Assist in handling staff mobility, as well as the related visa applications and follow up actions.
  • Assist in organizing staff activities and staff relations programmes.
  • Provide support on the daily salary and benefits administrative duties.
  • Handle tax reporting and other ad hoc projects.

 

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in compensation and benefits, preferably gained from financial institutions
  • Sound knowledge of reward management concepts and practices, employment ordinance and related statutory regulations
  • Strong analytical, presentation and project management skills, with high level of numerical sense
  • A good team player, able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure; with good communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Well conversant with MS Office; advanced Excel skill is required
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese; with knowledge of Putonghua
  • Immediate available is preferred
