Responsibilities:

• Sales order processing and follow up
• Handle customers’ enquiries / complaint by telephone or email accurately and efficiently
• Provide quality service to our customers
• Maintain good relationships between customer and sales team

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service
• Excellent telephone manner with mature and pleasant attributes
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Detail oriented and willing to take initiative
• A team player, outgoing and with strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Efficient use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
• Familiar with Navision is an advantage
• Experience in Service call center, CRM system, loyalty program, anti-counterfeit are perferrable
• Immediate available is a MUST
