H.R. Officer & Executive Assistant, Hong Kong

 

Cimigo is seeking an H.R. Officer & Executive Assistant for our Hong Kong Causeway Bay office. In the role you will manage the H.R. and Admin. support for our Hong Kong team of market research professionals, and provide Executive Assistance to the Managing Partner.

Job Responsibilities…

  • Provide HR & administrative duties for the Hong Kong Causeway Bay office.
  • Coordinate job recruitment activities, including advertising jobs, managing job applications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and file employee contracts, personnel, attendance and leave records of staff.
  • Schedule and coordinate training events and staff engagement activities.
  • Manage insurance contracts & maintain relationships with insurance providers.
  • Provide executive secretarial support to the Managing Partner.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, visa applications and hotel accommodation.
  • General H.R. administrative duties and office management, including liaison with building management.

 

You’ll need to have…

  • 3+ years of experience in office Admin, HR or work as an executive secretary.
  • Outstanding organisational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English and Cantonese is essential. 
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Friendly, presentable and great interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, apply initiative and prioritise.
