Job Responsibility

• Report to Store Officer;
• Deputize Store Officer as appropriate in his / her absence;
• Scrutinize and process transaction for actions by Store Officer;
• Assist Store Officer to monitor inventory and review the replenishment plan;
• Maintain comprehensive inventory records;
• Supervise / Instruct store clerk taking quality inspection of uniform and accoutrement items and report preparation;
• Supervise the performance of Store clerk(s) and Office Assistant(s) under his / her purview;
• Daily warehouse operation;
• Comply with Company policies and procedure;
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management; and
• Ad-hoc task as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• F. 5 or above;
• At least 1 year or above relevant work experience in Warehouse;
• Knowledge of warehousing operation;
• Experience in SAP system is highly preferable is a plus;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word;
• Good command of Chinese and English;
• Good team spirit and ability to work under pressure; and
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
