Job Responsibility

• Report to Procurement Senior Clerk;
• Scrutinize and process Purchase Requisitions till Purchase Orders issue;
• Monitor and ensure efficient ordering and delivery of goods to users;
• Assist Procurement Senior Clerk to monitor supplier’s performance and to conduct relevant surveys;
• Maintain comprehensive procurement records;
• Assist Procurement Officer for other duties as assigned by Management; and
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• F. 5 or above;
• Relevant work experience in procurement for product in the field under below specified grouping:
  1. Goods (Hardware, software, stationary and Uniform items); and/or
  2. Services;
• Experience in handling invoices and orders follow-up;
• Execute and review the quality control for goods receipt;
• Execute and review the quality control according to procurement manual;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good team spirit and ability to work under pressure;
• Knowledge of SAP system is a plus;
• Good command of Chinese and English; and
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Word.
