Responsibilities:

• Assist Compliance Department Head to provide daily compliance advice to business;
• Draft and revise internal policies and procedures;
• Review agreements from compliance perspective;
• Identify gaps between internal policies/ procedures and new regulatory requirements
• Evaluate existing and new business activities and products to identify compliance risks;
• Collaborate with business to establish sound internal controls to mitigate compliance risks; and
• Prepare training materials.

Requirements:

• University degree holder in law or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance / regulatory areas;
• Familiar with SFC rules and regulations and industry practices;
• Possess knowledge about brokerage business preferred;
• Analytical with attention to detail and Independent; and
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua and Cantonese.
