Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Corporate Finance Department;
• Support the department in providing secretarial support, including frequent travel, meeting arrangements and expenses claims ;
• Coordinate onsite/ offsite meetings, events and calls;
• Support on preparing reports and documentations for the Department in Chinese and English;
• Prepare presentation material for various management meeting;
• Coordinate with external and internal parties for the Group's business activities;
• Assist in handling ad-hoc projects when required 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline;
• Team player, presentable, self-motivated, proactive and adaptable, flexible, detail-minded, able to work independently and under pressure;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with people at all levels effectively;
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Proficient in using computer software including Microsoft Office and Chinese Word processing
