The Job:

• Understand and transform complex technical and business requirements into user experience deliverable: wire-frames, storyboards, sitemaps, user flows, user scenarios and clickable prototypes
• Analyze current user journey to understand motivation, expose pain points, issues and improvement opportunities

The Person:

• Degree in Design, Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of experience as UX/ UI Designer, Information Architect, or UX-related role in designing complex mobile applications and have a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
• Relevant experience in financial institutions / banks is highly preferred
• Independent, responsible, be able to take complete ownership of an initiative and develop it by connecting with others across different business units and levels of authority
• Have demonstrated success in designing and delivering compelling products in a high-growth, fast-paced, startup-like environment
• Possess a polished portfolio of mock-ups that shows a well-thought design process
• Effective interpersonal, negotiation, collaboration and communication skills
• Good Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese
