Job Responsibilities:

• Partnering with Senior Executives and Counterparts for monitoring massive cross-broader transactions and offer solutions to Regional Credit Head in managing diversified and sophisticated portfolio.
• Proactively connecting with Product, Coverage Team and other internal stakeholders and clients to get the full picture for the rationale and justifications for all credit reviews
• Managed to integrate and resolve issues arising from dynamic product and industry perspectives and escalate to Regional Credit Head and other Credit and Business Seniors
• Ensure all lending transactions to be fully comply with regulatory and auditory guidance
• Analyze and review financial statements to evaluate credit quality and portfolio risk
• Assign appropriate risk rating for the reviewed cases and record analysis and conclusions
• Monitor credit control framework and evaluate credit conditions and loan agreement in terms of documentation, market changes which may potentially impacting on clients and credit portfolio
• Prepare financial and cash flow analysis based on reasonable and justifiable rationale
• Manage the submission workflow and lead the portfolio analysis and implement action plan to improve the overall regional portfolio quality
• Leverage the Group Credit Policy to accommodate with the regulatory guidance of domestic country addendum
• Identify and recommend Regional Credit Head to formulate contingency planning for thorny credits matters
• Engage clients meeting with C-level Executives to discuss on specific transactions and market updates on credit
• Coordinate with Regional Credit Counterparts and Regional Credit Head on specific projects matters
• Support on ad hoc duties assigned my management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 5 years experiences preferably in first-tier internal or regional based banks with massive exposure to credit analysis, review, procurement, risk, portfolio management, credit policy etc
• Profound knowledge on DCM, trade finance, loan products and Global Markets hedging solutions
• Proven capability to understand, identify risks at transnational, product and industry sector level
• Able to conduct financial analysis to identify and evaluate credit risks in multi-product/multi-jurisdictional transactions
• Strong business acumen, conversant with spreadsheet, financial modelling and cash flow projections
• Excellent command of spoken English and Mandarin and written English and Chinese
• Hands on experiences on deal approval, execution skills across product and credit approval chains would be preferable
• Able to work under pressure and commit goal in a deadline driven and stressful environment
• Good problem solving skills and capable of managing regulatory requirements
• Well-organized, diligent, responsible with can-do-attitude
