ASSOCIATE TRAINEE

PROGRAM HIGHLIGHT

The 12-month Associate Trainee (AT) program aims to identify and develop young talents to be the future leaders in our Company. During the AT program, the trainees will be provided with comprehensive learning, on-the-job exposure and project assignments to gain professional knowledge and skills. The company will sponsor the candidate to obtain professional registrations on SFC regulated activities with the company and engage in related work as necessary.

Managerial level positions and compensations may be offered to trainees who have proven their competence and capabilities after the completion of the program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to Senior Management

• Assist in regulated activities following registration, and internal corporate projects or training as required from time to time.

• Occasional travel may be required

REQUIREMENTS

• Keen interest in pursuing a long term career in financial industry

• Proactive, strong analytical thinking, a fast learner and good team player

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Working knowledge in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage

• Awareness in the current events within the financial industry, e.g. Hong Kong equities, Corporate Finance, Asset Management, etc. is an advantage

• Fresh graduate or Degree holder with 1 - 2 years of work experience may apply. Degree(s) in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting will be an advantage. Marketing, Translation or related discipline are also welcome.
