Job Description

Our client is a Main contractor mainly involved in fitting out project seeking for some right candidates for expanding business

1) Quantity Surveyor

Diploma / Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in QS fields in which 2 yrs exp in fitting out field
Good command of English and Cantonese
Familiar in using Auto CAD
Responsible for all interim payment, measurement of works, cost control, settlement of final account of various projects, prepare and submit pricing documents for the tender submission of potential projects
Short notice is an advantage

2) Site Supervisor

Responsibilities:

To monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site
Reporting to Project Managers, monitor work progress and manage workmans site to ensure project quality could meet client’s standards
To co-ordinate with sub-contractors as per confirmed design information

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies or equivalent
At least 5 years’ relevant working experience in interior contracting
Good communication and site management skills
