Responsible for administration and coordination of L'hotel renovation projects. Day-to-day liaison with project team, consultants, vendors and contractors on work progress.
 

Job Duties:

• Assist in preparing the contractual documentation of hotel renovation projects, and obtaining necessary permits and licenses as required.
• Liaise with the concerned department on the daily work progress and site monitor of hotel renovation projects in order to ensure that the projects are completed within the timeline and in compliance with relevant specifications and government regulations.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree holder in Building Surveying, Building Services or Structural Engineering;
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in hotel industry;
• Knowledge in planning, budgeting and contract management;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills,
• Independent, flexible and well-organised with prompt follow up;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Proficiency in PC literate.
