Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing BIM model in candidate’s construction discipline (Civil/Building/E&M)
• Accountable for Building Information Models (BIM) Models as well as Design and Coordination
• Assist Technical team to develop/prepare tender/project submission
• Work closely with different parties including BIM Consultants and Technical team in the smooth executive and delivery of projects with BIM models
• Maintain and Integrate information provided sub-contractors

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Architectural, Civil and Structural or other relevant disciplines such as Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical, etc.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience
• Hands-on experience in BIM software/applications (i.e. Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Sketch-up and Civil 3D) is a must
• Able to generate construction CSD and ISD drawings from Revit BIM Model
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Candidates with more working experience will be considered as BIM Engineer.
