This position is expected to deliver the reliable production processes and quality products to support the business, to study work methods, design tests and continuous improvement program to achieve the best yield from the enormous investment.  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Work with Safety Officer and various Department Managers to ensure all legal, ISO compliance and related training and maintenance records in place
• Review work methods and propose problem diagnosis for all substandard/ exception products or machine performance
• Work with Procurement to develop and compare options for value engineering on parts’ replenishment plan and contractors’ service offerings
• Test and review all new incoming products’ finishing results under various machine settings, chemicals applications and handling methods requested by customers
• Design workflow, tools or machine modifications to enhance product quality, staff safety, productivity, and operations performances

Requirement:  

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• 3 years’ related experience, preferably with ISO systems and legal compliance elements
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, good at defining problems and locating critical factors
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered
