Responsibilities:

• Execute end to end recruitment cycle from job posting, screening resumes, arrange and conduct interview, preparing employment contract and process on-board procedure including conducting orientation class
• Conduct jobs fairs, recruitment day and outdoor recruitment activities
• Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels
• Assist in preparing recruitment and retention analysis and C&B bench-marking report
• Maintain data in Human Resources Management System and filing system
• Handle ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year relevant working experience, preferably in food and beverage or retail industry
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
• Diploma or above in any discipline
• Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Fresh graduates with potential will also be considered
• Immediate Availability is preferred
