Requirements

- Diploma or above in accounting

- At least 2 years relevant experience in accounts receivable / credit control

- Familiar with MS Word & Excel

- Initiative, well-organized and good communication skills

- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

- Immediate available is preferred

Job Responsibilities

-  Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure the timely settlement

-  Perform debt collection actions through telephone and/or email

-  Prepare weekly and monthly AR reports, highlight the critical issues and report results on debts collection

-  Perform day-to-day credit control functions including company search, credit search, assess credit risk etc.

-  Send statement of accounts to clients

-  Provide support on daily accounting operations

-  Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
