Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily business jet parking application process and compliance.
• Liaise closely with Civil Aviation Department’s Schedule Coordination Office (SCO) as well as other stakeholders in managing slot and parking application processes.
• Maintain and regularly update business jet parking application and evaluation procedures.
• Investigate into non-compliance cases and prepare related reports.
• Oversee the maintenance and updates of the business parking system. Work closely with IT department and external vendor in developing system upgrades.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on business jet parking related performance topics.
• Organize and conduct parking system enhancement workshops, consultation and trainings. 
• Support noise mitigation measures such as the administration of the Noise Quota Count (QC) Scheme, QC4 Operation Restrictions and noise contour modeling as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Aviation, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 4 years’ relevant working experience in aviation industry, with exposure to scheduling and planning is preferred
• Previous experience in business jet management and performance monitoring with emphasis on statistical analyses and system transformation a plus
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel functions and numeracy. Conversant with data analysis and presentation of findings. Good working knowledge with Microsoft Word/ PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and problem solving mindset
• Self-motivated and initiated with ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A good team player with pleasant personality, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Operation Officer
