UI/UX Designer –

The primary responsibility of this role would be to work together with UX in the User Experience related discussions with client and interface with internal UI design and development teams.

• Knowledgeable about UX Strategy and User Need Analysis and documentation of such requirements in a format which is clearly understood by designers and developers
• Qualitative and Quantitative Research: Conduct surveys, interviews and focus group to identify the existing gaps and study their needs
• Help imagining visualization through pre-defined template
• Capturing specific need
• UI Design
• Architecture – sites are efficient & easy to navigate
• Designing combined with Use cases
• Design Evaluation
• Users are persuaded to use and if the design is adequate to achieve the business goals
• Desirable – Sketch, Adobe Suite, Keynote,  Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus

Must have: 

• Local citizens of Hong Kong with  proficiency in speaking/writing Cantonese is mandatory
• Understanding of Hong Kong telecom market place, environment, and common user preferences in the telecom retail and corporate user community.
• Excellent verbal and written communication

• Customer focus and empathy is critical quality to possess.
