Responsibilities

-              Act as a lead project manager in providing on-site support for clients' workplace technology and end user technology projects, such as office moves, desktop hardware upgrades and new office build-outs.

Direct teams to manage deliverables for various projects including:

-              Office technology relocations or build-outs

-              Trading floor moves, adds, and changes

-              Collection of IT asset and MEP configurations

-              Desktop hardware upgrades and deployments

-              Assist the General Manager with operational tasks such as billing, assessing technician                 performance,and scheduling resources for moves

-              Lead and conduct project meetings according to scope of the project including, technology and management meetings

-              Help develop budget and project plans during the analysis and design phase of the project as directed by the project manager

-              Assist with the development of all RFI and RFP documents required for bid leveling, overseeing comparison and analysis process

-              Exhibit leadership characteristics: strong communication skills, full understanding of internal policies, time management and customer focus

-              Align professionals will be expected to carry out additional or alternative duties for the company that are reasonably consistent with their position as the company may from time to time require

Qualifications

-              Two to six years of IT Infrastructure project coordination or hands-on workplace technology build-out, IT construction project management or desktop deployment project experience

-              Excellent interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal), organization, presentation and collaboration skills are essential

-              IT construction and cabling infrastructure build-out project experience is desired

-              End user technology move, add, change, ideally large-scale technology relocation experience is desired

-              Some knowledge of tools utilized on projects including MS Office, MS Project, Visio, or other graphics software

-              Some knowledge of asset management tools and process would be beneficial

-              Strong time-management and follow-up skills are necessary
