Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and solutions to internal users
• Perform server, PC, network device and office software installation, maintenance and problem determination

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT / Computer Science or related disciplines
• Experience of working in financial institute is an advantage
• Knowledge and experience of hardware, Windows, office software maintenance
• Experience of Windows Server (Active Directory, Exchange, IIS), firewall installation is an advantage
• Detail minded, responsible, self-motivated, hardworking, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
