The Requirements are:-

• Lead and manage the Customer Centre in providing quality customer services relating to sales, promotion, inquiries, after-sales services and complaints through different channels so as to achieve the preset target
• Plan and monitor the team resources to ensure optimization and a right balance on the resources planning for inbound and outbound customer contact activities
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve target business outcomes and desired behavioral performance
• Ensure all operations and sales activities are in compliance with all relevant internal instructions and external regulatory requirements
• Actively participate in projects of transformation and process improvement, conduct evaluation to access the business impact and identify enhancement opportunities
• Prepare the statistical report with detail analysis for the purpose of planning and development
• Support to the ad-hoc assigned project
• University graduates or above, with insurance related disciplines qualifications is preferred
• Min. 6 years' customer services/call centre experience with min. 3 years' in supervisory/management level
• Hands on experience in Customer Centre Mananagment; able to work under pressure and independent with excellent customer-centricity mindset
• Passed in IIQE paper 1 & 2 or related qualifications
• Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills
• Proficient in PC applications including Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Proficient in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the post of Team Leader
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
