Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing and updating policies, administrative procedures and guideline for best practices and formulate new insurance products
• Maintain portfolio management, perform researches and analyses to improve products
• Conduct technical review of wording and coverage, products and services
• Ensure all materials are in compliance with internal guidelines
• Analyze market data and information to enable tracking and enhancement of customer engagement as well as development and implementation of a customer segmentation strategy
• Provide sales support for the distribution channels
• Undertake research to better understand client and distribution needs
• Developing business impact analysis where the business rationale, operations requirement and service standard are clearly understood

Qualification:

• University graduate with FLMI or equivalent
• 2-5 years’ experience in Medical & Accident Insurance Underwriting
• Group / Individual Medical & Accident products knowledge
• Good analytical skill, proactive, assertive, result driven individual and able to work under pressure
• Mature, independent, self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Ability to assess business priorities
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese. Mandarin is desirable
• Good Understanding in project management control procedures
• PC literate in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
