Reporting to the Chairman and the Board, the appointee will lead the group financial functions covering all lines of business in Hong Kong and PRC, and fulfill compliance and company secretary functions. 

Responsibilities:

1. Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of two listed companies;

2. Responsible for all financial management of listed companies, including financial management and supervision not limited to local business in mainland China and Hong Kong;

3. Responsible for the financial accounting and internal control, financial planning, fund management, investment evaluation and company secretary work of listed companies;

4. Responsible for mergers and acquisitions, investment, direct investment, debt restructuring and other business;

5. Responsible for various investment projects in due diligence, feasibility analysis and related financial management;

6. Responsible for the organization of design, assessment, and financial analysis and prediction of investment plans;

7. Other tasks assigned by senior management.

Qualifications:

1. CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or HKICPA (Hong Kong Certified Public Accountant) professional qualifications;

2. Familiar with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, Hong Kong and Mainland China accounting standards;

3. More than 10 years experience in financial management of listed companies in Hong Kong;

4. Experience in investment bank and finance is highly preferred;

4. Familiar with mergers and acquisitions, investment, direct investment, debt restructuring and other business, and relevant laws and regulations;

5. More than 10 years experience in project acquisition, familiar with the project evaluation and acquisition process of listed companies;

6. Good communication and presentation skills, fluent in English and Mandarin;

7. Travel from time to time.

資格:

1. CFA（特许金融分析师）或HKICPA（香港註冊會計師）專業資格；

3. 任職香港上市公司財務管理工作10年以上工作經驗；
4. 擁有投行的經驗者為優先考慮；
5. 熟悉併購、投資、直投、債務重組等業務及相關的法律法規；
6. 10年以上處理項目收購經驗，熟悉上市公司項目評估和收購流程；
7. 具備良好的溝通和表達能力，英語、普通話流利；
8. 不定時出差
