Chief Financial Officer

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee financial accounting operations, with particular focus on financial systems management and development;
• Review and advise to Board Members on blockchain technology related investment opportunities
• Understand and manage digital asset liquidation and monitor relevant OTC liquidity
• Responsible for financial analysis and management reports, advise CEO on finance related matters;
• Coordinate audit and budgeting processes;
• Monitor compliance and formulate effective financial controls and procedures;
• Manage to formulate AML & KYC policies according to recent regulations on ICO/STO sector;
• Ensure legal compliance (filing required paperwork with authorities) and maintaining filing system.

Required skills

• Graduate in Accounting/Finance with minimum of 10 years of Asia Pacific or international Supervisory/Managerial Level in Finance and related responsibilities, with at least 1 year treasury exposure in token exchange, blockchain supported institutions Is a MUST
• Familiar with Xero Cloud Accounting is advantageous;
• Experience in financial management, and strong analytical skills;
• Strong communications skills and excellent command of spoken and written English to deal with overseas office;
• Solid experience on managing cash flow of bank accounts and digital wallets
• Ability to complete multiple projects concurrently while balancing competing priorities; ability to meet deadlines;
• Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
