Responsibilities

• To lead complex full-service marketing projects in Hong Kong, China and South East Asia
• Coordinate the work flow with digital team, design team and events team to deliver seamless solutions
• Guide and monitor the sales team and be proactively involved in lead generation and pitching
• Provide direction and leadership to the team and help team members to achieve their project requirements
• Lead the day to day operation and execution of projects
• Liaise with finance and admin to ensure timely billing cycles
• Able to manage client and stakeholder relationships

Requirements

• Degree in Management / Business / Marketing or relevant discipline.
• Min 10 years relevant working experience from agency, marketing, strategy consulting or similar background.
• Creative and organized, strong knowledge on latest trends and best practices across digital sectors including Social Media, Digital Advertising, SEO, SEM, web analytics etc.
• Knowledge of event management and branding
• Solid experience in PRC is a MUST
• Able to work under pressure and a good team leader with good organization skills and analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
