Job duties:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Top Management level;
• Process various correspondence, reports, minutes and presentation materials;
• Handle daily schedules by coordinating calendar events such as arranging meetings and appointments;
• Manage and arrange travel schedule, itineraries and accommodations;
• Undertake special or ad-hoc assignments and related duties when needed;
• Liaising and coordinating with all internal and external parties.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Holder or above;
• At least 2 years related experience on serving management is highly preferred;
• 3-5 years working experience within legal industry;
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese included Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Strong sense of team player & responsibility and excellent interpersonal skills;
• Good communication and coordination skills;
• Proactive, flexible, meticulous, detail-oriented and well organized;
• Knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing is a must;
• Travel if needed.
