Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve Quality Management System in Commercial Affiliate
• Maintain and improve Document Control System and Change Control System in Commercial Affiliate
• Monitor and update local Training Matrix according to corporate requirements, and ensure required Quality Trainings are completed internally and in third party warehouses
• Monitor the execution of quality procedure in Commercial Affiliate
• Assist to implement Supplier Management Program in qualifying vendors and routine monitoring of vendors performance
• Assist in handling Quality issues and Complaints
• Monitor and inspect incoming shipments and repackaging activities in third party warehouses
• Execute quality hold, release or reject incoming product
• Establish, Maintain and Update Product Specifications
• Assist in Internal Audits and Corporate Audits
• Assist in monitoring compliance of activities in accordance with registered information
• Provide support to other business functions in implementation of quality requirements
• Any ad-hoc task assigned by Manager

Requirements:

• University’s Degree in Sciences / Pharmacy / Food Science, a higher degree would be advantageous
• At least 1 year working experiences in Quality Assurance preferably in the food, nutritional product or pharmaceutical industry
• Good knowledge of GMP, GDP and HACCP are preferable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required
• Fluency in both spoken and written English essential
• Good command in Mandarin is a plus
• Computer literacy essential
• Self motivated and work independently
